We’ve collaborated with some fantastic partners including the Natural History Museum, Hilton, the Ritz, Etsy and Jimmy Choo, and have been featured 12 times on the App Store as well as been rated the number 1 app by Apple. Our investors are well known for supporting some previous successful unicorns such as Airbnb, Pinterest, Skyscanner and Tesla.
What will I be doing? 👩💻👨💻
This is a unique opportunity for a results driven, highly-organised, self-starter who is ready to roll up their sleeves and dive in to an incredibly fast-growing tech startup. We are looking for a smart fast-learning individual with great relationship-building and communication skills. If you are hungry for responsibility, keen to learn and enjoy tackling challenges head on, then this role is for you. We want to find someone fantastic who we can help grow and develop to become a key player in our adventure ahead.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Act as the main point of contact for our wedding business accounts in France, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Proactively identify opportunities to expand relationships and drive additional revenue streams generating sales among accounts, including upselling and cross-selling to contribute to Bridebook’s epic growth!
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer success and retention
Develop and maintain long-term relationships based on trust with wedding business accounts across France.
Maintain updated knowledge of the company products, services and industry trends, it’s forever evolving!
Analyse key account performance metrics and provide insights to improve partner engagement and satisfaction.
Communicate with Partners to understand their needs, providing insight into the value of partnering with Bridebook, supported by data.
Collect, condense and share account feedback with internal departments to facilitate account need fulfillment.
Keeping accurate CRM records and account notes (Hubspot & Chargebee is our everything!)
Create engaging content to ensure our incredible venues are educated about Bridebook and are with us all the way on this exciting journey!
Represent Bridebook at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities when required. These are super fun!
We’re looking for someone who has: 🧠💚
A minimum of 2 years experience in an Accounts role (AE/AM/ Junior Account Manager)
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Experience delivering client-focused solutions for customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A customer-first mindset with a passion for building strong, long-term relationships
Experience in SaaS, hospitality, or wedding industry is a plus
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies for clients
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive, energetic, and results-driven personality with a can-do attitude!
