An Employee Resource Group (ERG) is a voluntary, employee-led group that fosters a diverse, inclusive workplace. ERGs provide support, promote personal and professional development, and contribute to business success by representing the interests of specific groups within the organisation.

What will we be doing?  ‍‍👩‍💻👨‍💻

The Neurodiversity ERG is dedicated to promoting inclusivity and fostering a community where Neurodiverse employees can connect, learn, and grow. There are many stigmas around Neurodiversity and there is a huge lack of knowledge world wide about what it means, how it affects each person individually and how it impacts the work environment. We are here to educate, celebrate and bring together beautiful minds!

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Support the ERG Chair to ensure the group’s OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are met.

  • Assist in delivering key ERG events.

  • Support member activities and engagement.

  • Act as a spokesperson for the ERG.

We’re looking for someone who: 🧠💚

  • Actively looking to support the ERG’s mission.

  • Performing at a “Meets All Expectations” or above in your current role.

  • Able to dedicate time to leading the ERG alongside your existing responsibilities.
