Junior Business Development Analyst


We are seeking a Junior Business Development Analyst to help us continue our journey of taking the wedding industry by storm. You will be playing a new and pivotal role in supporting the Supplier Success Team – the team dedicated to supporting and building relationships with wedding industry professionals across the UK.

You will be taking on the responsibility of managing and reporting on KPI’s and data-analysis for the team and will work closely with the Head of Community and the Business Intelligence Team to make sure strategy is aligned and that teams’ goals are being met. To do this successfully, you must be always looking for ways we can do better, be able to present your ideas and reports in a confident manner and be excited and willing to learn from all aspects of the business, from product development to B2C insights and communication.

FULL-TIME · LONDON, NOTTING HILL

Key responsibilities:

Analysing business and product performance, proposing strategy and improvements and taking those improvements through to the relevant departments.

Supporting the Head of Community in driving performance and development of the current business community.

Proactively reaching out to wedding industry professionals to gather insights and feedback into the service we provide.

Key requirements:

• A numerical and analytical mind – you are able to interpret and present data

• Great people and relationship building skills – you must be comfortable to pick up the phone and engage with wedding industry professionals

• Being organised, comfortable with multi-tasking and have good attentoin to detail (i.e. you just spotted the typo!)

• Confident in using Excel

• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Degree in an analytical subject

It would be really great, but not essential if you have:

• Experience with HTML coding, python and pandas
