At Bridebook we're looking for a B2B Marketing Associate to join our team.

Full-time · Hybrid (WFH and Office)
Join us on an exciting journey and take up the challenge of becoming Bridebook's B2B Marketing Associate and play a key role in supporting how we approach acquiring, nurturing and retaining paying partners.

Launched in the UK, Bridebook has over 1,000,000 planning couples and has been featured in major outlets such as the New York Times, the BBC, and the App Store. After six years and many iterations later, we have 2 in 3 engaged UK couples and 1 in 3 engaged German couples using Bridebook, and have recently expanded into the French market. While we serve a very emotional and creative industry, we are obsessed with using tech and data to revolutionise the industry. What you will do

  • Developing and executing B2B lead generation campaigns in collaboration with the Head of B2B Marketing across multiple channels such as email, social media, events, direct mail etc. Measuring campaign results in line with company KPIs to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Supporting growth of B2B community by creating content including eBooks, articles, whitepapers and other materials to support acquisition campaigns.
  • Managing end-to-end CRM campaigns: i.e. planning, gathering requirements from all stakeholders, segmenting audiences, collating and communicating feedback and project updates in the most efficient way to support lead gen campaigns and partner lifecycle initiatives. Execute A/B tests, automated journeys and developing reports.
  • Supporting international markets to develop locally relevant CRM initiatives.
  • Aiding paying partner retention with product feature marketing and win-back strategies.
  • Support the wider Commercial Team with sales enablement collateral and case studies.
  • Assisting in analysing market trends, B2B partner behavior, and industry news to support marketing strategies.

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years’ B2B marketing experience executing CRM and content marketing campaigns
  • Experience of creating HTML email templates and digital content
  • Strong copywriting
  • Strong experience with lead generation campaigns including reporting and analytics
  • Some graphic design experience (e.g. Canva)
  • High-level understanding of the B2B sales / account management cycles

Nice to Have:

  • Proven experience of working with Hubspot Marketing, Customer.io (or a similar CRM system).
  • Experience in writing creative briefs for external agencies
  • Experience working with a website content management system (wordpress, webflow)
