Bridebook is a revolutionary wedding planning platform that seeks to make wedding planning an enjoyable, intuitive, and rewarding experience for couples, guests, and industry partners. Launched in the UK, Bridebook has over 1,000,000 planning couples and has been featured in major outlets such as the New York Times, the BBC, and the App Store. After six years and many iterations later, we have 2 in 3 engaged UK couples and 1 in 3 engaged German couples using Bridebook, and have recently expanded into the French market. While we serve a very emotional and creative industry, we are obsessed with using tech and data to revolutionise the industry. About you

This is a unique opportunity for a results driven, highly-organised, self-starter who is ready to roll up their sleeves and dive in to an incredibly fast-growing tech startup. We are looking for a smart fast-learning individual with great relationship-building and communication skills. What you will do 

  • Maintains and retains venue pro estate, supporting the accounts growth and maintain revenue for the company 

  • Generate sales among accounts, including upselling and cross-selling to meet KPI targets.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships based on trust and respect with wedding business accounts across the UK.

  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise revenue.

  • Maintaining updated knowledge of the company products and services.

  • Communicating with accounts to understand their needs and explain product value.

  • Collect, condense and share account feedback with internal departments to facilitate account need fulfillment.

  • Keeping accurate CRM records and account notes.

  • Identifying industry trends.

  • Create engaging content to ensure our incredible venues are educated about Bridebook and have a strong relationship with us.

What we are looking for

  • Proven work experience as a Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Great if you can offer this, but not essential 

Experience with MailChimp or email campaign platforms
